We are please to announce the exhibition of Phillipe Perrot from Novenber 22th to December 17th.

Philippe Perrot was born in 1967. He is now living and working in Paris. He had solo exhibitions at Art:Concept (1998, 2000, 2004) and the group exhibition of <My favorite things>(2005, Le Musee dfArt Contemporain de Lyon), which he has participated with Stephan Balkenhal, Robert Combas, and Christophe Avella-Bagur. Most of his drawing is created the figures that are drawn by the unstable lines in a cream-colored background. These forms finely swing like starting overflowing own outline. The figures are beaten up and crashed and this gives to the drawings the impression of flatness. The other motifs are seem in this drawings - the bizarre vegetable, animal with a funny expression, and a face attached coffee cup. The distance is put from a narrative interpretation by forming of the violence.

Ten of his new drawings are coming to this exhibition. This exhibition is lanned as the part of the French contemporary art week that a French Ambassador to Japan advocates. Therefore there is the exhibition held at the French Ambassador in Tokyo from Nov.22 to 27th. Philippe Perrot and other 8 French artistsf works are exhibited.
